This is an appeal from a jury verdict in favor of the Appellee in a case based on the Federal Employer’s Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. § 51 el seq. Appellee filed this case as the widow and personal representative of her husband, who died as a result of injuries he sustained while working for the Appellant.
