This appeal is from an order and judgment of the District Court, dismissing appellant’s complaint against the members of a- local Draft Board, the Selective Service Appeal Board, the State Director of Selective Service for Arkansas and his Assistant, the Chief of the Legal Division for the Arkansas State Director, seeking damages for alleged improper classification of appellant under the Selective Training and Service Act of 1940, as amended, 50 U.
