Debtor, United Chemical Technologies, Inc. (“United”), sought protection under the United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C.A. §§ 1101-1129 (West 1993 & Supp.1996) (“Chapter 11”) and filed a plan for reorganization. Creditor, CoreStates Bank, N.A.
