This is an action to recover upon a fire insurance policy for loss occurring by fire. The policy covered the contents, consisting of fixtures, furniture and equipment, located in plaintiffs place of business in Hastings, Nebraska. The cause was submitted to a jury, resulting in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff, fixing the total amount of recovery in the sum of $3,000, and the amount of recovery on the policy sued on in the amount of $600.
