This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Tazewell County in a tax deed proceedings. The factual situation which is the basis for this appeal can be summarized as follows. On October 18, 1965, Clarence C. Short, hereinafter referred to as the respondent, obtained a certificate of purchase of certain property in Tazewell County. The property involved is the home of Adele Schott, hereinafter referred to as the petitioner.
