Sonia Zeve, hereinafter referred to as petitioner, filed in the Cook County circuit court her petition under section 72 of the Civil Practice Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1963, chap, no, par. 72,) seeking to set aside a tax deed to improved residence property formerly owned by her. At the close of petitioner’s evidence, the trial court allowed a motion by the tax-deed holder for a “directed verdict” and denied the petition.
