plaintiffs motion, filed November 7, 1977, moving that the court adopt, as the basis for its judgment in this case, the recommended decision of Trial Judge Thomas J. Lydon, *724filed July 15, 1977, pursuant to Rule 134(h), on liability, defendant having failed to file exceptions thereto within the time provided therefor and having by letter of November 1, 1977, informed the trial judge that it would not file exceptions.
