ARTHUR N. VOTOLATO, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is the trustee’s motion to reinstate a complaint objecting to discharge, which he had previously withdrawn on July 8, 1981.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Brief reference to the background of this matter is helpful to some understanding of the parties’ behavior. According to the trustee and two complaining creditors (Newport National Bank and Peerless Co.), the debtor, Fanny L.
