MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Plaintiff brought this action pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, 1 denying his claim for social security disability benefits. Presently before the Court are plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment or in the Alternative, Motion to Remand, and defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment and in Opposition to Remand.
