TUTTLE, Senior Circuit Judge:

This case involves another permutation of the extensively litigated question of the propriety of airport stops and searches flowing from the “drug courier profile.” Appellant Harlan Waksal appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Appellant challenges the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress cocaine discovered during an airport search allegedly conducted in violation of the Fourth Amendment, 539 F.Supp. 834.
