The defendant was charged in a four-count information with first degree manslaughter, in violation of General Statutes § 53a-55 (a) (3), with second degree robbery, in violation of General Statutes § 53a-135 (a) (2), and with two counts of first degree unlawful restraint, in violation of General Statutes § 53a-95 (a).
