Macon County filed the bill in this cause on July 25, 1933, to challenge the validity of a large number of outstanding county warrants in the hands of certain defendants named. It is stated in the bill that “the object and purpose of this proceeding is to obtain a judicial determination with respect to the validity or invalidity of certain warrants and/or evidences of indebtedness, the holders of which claim to be obligations of complainant County.’’ But the prayer of the bill is for a decree adjudging “each of the warrants set forth herein to be null and void and without binding force or…
