Appellants and relators Raymond James & Associates, Inc.; Raymond James Financial Services, Inc.; Robert Thomas Securities, Inc.; and Raymond James Financial, Inc. (the Raymond James defendants), filed motions to compel arbitration between the Raymond James defendants and 87 of the plaintiffs in this litigation. The trial court denied the motions, and the Raymond James defendants filed interlocutory appeals of that denial and petitions for writs of mandamus, asking this Court to order the trial court to withdraw its orders denying the motions to compel and to compel…
