Plaintiffs Beth Freeman and other similarly situated landowners (Plaintiffs) initiated this class action against Blue Ridge Paper Products, Inc. (Blue Ridge), alleging nuisance. The district court entered summary judgment for Blue Ridge and this court affirmed on appeal. Blue Ridge, as the prevailing party, submitted a bill of costs totaling $24,145.84, which the district court clerk reduced to $15,101.07.
