This is an action by the Munson Steamship Line, charterer of the steamship Elswick Lodge, for breach of charter party. By stipulation of the parties only two of the claims set forth in the libel are presented for determination. The claim for galley coal must be denied upon the decision of the Circuit Court of Appeals of this circuit in the recent case of Dampskibelskabet Ella v. Inter-American Steamship Co. (C. C.
