This is an ejectment bill by which complainants seek to recover an undivided five-eighths interest in two tracts of land of 5,000 acres each, granted in 1833.
The complainants ai’e all femes covert, who sue by next friend, their husbands being made defendants. The other defendants are persons who hold under grants junior to those under which complainants claim, but have been in actual adverse possession of the lands now in controversy for a period of more than seven years.
