On February 10, 1955, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rico Housing Authority, as plaintiffs, *536and Martin Aguayo, as defendant, submitted to the Superior Court, Division of Eminent Domain, a stipulation on condemnation pursuant to the provisions of Rule 7(d) of the Rules of Civil Procedure.
