This was an action on the case brought in the Circuit Court of Carroll county, hy the administrators of the estate of Henry Sack, deceased, against the C., B. & Q. Ry. Co. and the C., B. & Q. R. R. Co., to recover damages for the loss of support hy the widow and next kin of deceased, who was killed hy a train of appellant, while attempting to cross its tracks on a public street in the village of Chadwick. The suit against the C., B. & Q. R. R. Co. was afterwards dismissed and the declaration amended accordingly. The cause was…
