Appellee, in this court, moves to dismiss the appeal upon the ground that there is in the record no proper bill of exceptions. There is in this record what purports to be a bill of exceptions, properly certified by the trial judge to contain all the evidence offered or admitted upon the trial of the cause, by either party. The particular objection is, that it is the original bill of exceptions.
