¶ 1. This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, State ex rel. Mentek v. Schwarz, 2000 WI App 96, 235 Wis. 2d 143, 612 N.W.2d 746. The court of appeals affirmed an order of the Circuit Court for Kenosha County, Mary K. Wagner-Malloy, Judge. The circuit court order dismissed the petition for a writ of certiorari filed by James A. Mentek, Jr. seeking judicial review of a March 6, 1998, order of the Department of Hearings and Appeals revoking his probation.
