Appellants, consisting of certain Hawkins County school children and their parents, appeal from the granting of summary judgment by the district court and the dis missal of their amended complaint which alleged that their rights were unconstitutionally infringed by the enforcement of appellee Hawkins County Board of Education’s policy of requiring all public elementary school students to read in class textbooks published by Holt, Rhinehart and Winston (Holt).
