Plaintiff Information Resources, Inc. (“IRI”) appeals the grant of partial summary judgment to defendants Dun & Bradstreet Corp., A.C. Nielsen Co., and I.M.S. International, Inc. (collectively “Nielsen”), by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Stanton, J.). IRI alleged that Nielsen engaged in a host of anticompetitive activities both in the United States and abroad with the purpose of destroying IRI, Nielsen’s only true competitor.
