*1189In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ambrosio, J.), dated November 26, 2007, which granted the motion of the defendant Westinghouse Elevator Corp. for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it, and granted the cross motion of the third-party defendant for summary judgment dismissing the third-party complaint.
