MEMORANDUM OPINION

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Cross Motions for Summary Judgment filed by Plaintiff, Adolf Jewelers, Inc. (Docket No. 24), and Defendant, Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company (Docket No. 27). For the reasons discussed below, Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment as to the issue of coverage under separate policy periods, as opposed to under the 2006-07 policy period only, is GRANTED, therefore Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment as to the identical issue is DENIED.
