MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This matter is before the court on plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(c). Plaintiffs represent a class of individuals seeking relief under § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act (“LMRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 185, and under § 502 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1132, from defendants Kelsey-Hayes Company and Hayes Wheels International (collectively “Defendants”) for breach of a collective bargaining agreement…
