DECISION

Before this Court, pursuant to Rule 59 of the Super. R. Civ. P. and following a jury verdict in their favor, is plaintiffs' Motion for a New Trial and/or Additur. The defendants object to the plaintiffs' motion.

Facts/Travel

The plaintiffs, Roland A. LaPierre (LaPierre) and Agnes Teto (Teto), brought an action for damages against the Burrillville Racing Association, d/b/a Lincoln Greyhound Park, and WMS Industries (collectively defendants) alleging negligence.
