The plaintiffs in error were found guilty of conspirac)> and have prosecuted a writ of errror. The indictment contained four counts, but the verdicts are under the third and fourth counts. The substance of the charge is that there was pending for trial at Sioux City, Iowa, in the United States District Court, for tire Northern- District of Iowa, an indictment against Charles T.
