DECISION
This matter is before the Court on the complaint of the plaintiff Melvin Wolf filed pursuant to G.L. 1956 (1993 Reenactment) § 42-35-15, seeking judicial review of a final decision rendered by the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers. Following a hearing, the Board voted that Wolf was engaged in the unauthorized practice of engineering in violation of chapter 8 title 5 of the Rhode Island General Laws, and also that Wolf submitted false information to the Board in violation of said chapter.
