This appeal originates from a contract for the purchase of commercial real estate in Danbury that was deeded to the buyers. The buyers appeal from the trial court’s judgment granting the sellers’ motion for summary judgment. On appeal, the buyers claim the court erred in finding there was no material question of fact with respect to their claims of breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, intentional misrepresentation, fraudulent inducement, and violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), General Statutes § 42-110a et seq.
