ELLIS, Judge.

This proceeding is before this court on appeal from a judgment of the lower court at the trial upon a rule nisi praying that the court cost and fees of experts be fixed and taxed. We believe a history of the litigation would impart a clear understanding of the issues before the lower court on the rule nisi to tax costs and the judgment rendered on that rule, as well as the issues before this court and its decision on these appeals.
