OPINION OF THE COURT

ROTH, Circuit Judge:

This appeal requires us to determine whether Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code authorizes a debtor to cure or modify a foreclosure judgment obtained under New Jersey law. The bankruptcy court concluded that it does and thereby denied appellee Midlantic National Bank’s motion requesting relief from the automatic stay. Midlantic appealed to the district court, which reversed the decision of the bankruptcy court.
