Plaintiff appeals as of right from the trial court’s orders granting summary disposition for defendants and denying plaintiff’s motions for rehearing and delayed rehearing. We affirm.

Defendant City of Pontiac employed plaintiff as a police officer. As such, plaintiff was a member of defendant union Police Officers’ Association of Michigan and its local affiliate, defendant union Pontiac Police Officers’ Association (ppoa).
