Appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, entered May 11, 1970 in Schenectady County, upon a decision of the court at a Trial Term, without a jury. Petitioner, the owner of real property in the City of Schenectady, brought two proceedings seeking review of the assessments upon such property for the years 1968 and 1969, alleging overvaluation and inequality.
