Ricky L. Adkisson pleaded guilty in the circuit court of Knox County to two counts of attempted murder, and the State dismissed a third count charging rape. He was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of not less than 40 nor more than 50 years. Defendant’s subsequent motion to vacate his guilty pleas was denied following a hearing.
