The state moves to dismiss this criminal appeal on the ground that defendant has absconded from the jurisdiction of the court and is a fugitive from justice. ORAP 8.05(3). The state’s motion is supported by a warrant for defendant’s arrest based on defendant’s failure to appear at a show cause hearing for failure to satisfy the monetary obligations of the judgment that defendant is appealing.
