Theesfeld v. Eilers

This is a personal injury action with verdict and judgment for defendant. Plaintiff has appealed.

On May 11, 1966, at about 7:00 p. m., plaintiff was driving her vehicle in an easterly direction on Illinois Route #1, just south of Watseka, Illinois. Plaintiff testified that she was in the process of making a left turn into a shopping center when the vehicle which she was driving was struck in the rear by a vehicle being driven by the defendant.
