White, C. J.. This action arises out of a collision occurring at an open intersection. On issues of negligence raised by; the plaintiff?s petition- and contributory negligence raised in the counterclaim of the defendant, the jury returned a verdict denying relief to both parties. The plaintiff appeals. We affirm the judgment of the District Court.
