This matter comes before the court for the purpose of a construction of the will of Coleman F. Leaming, who died in May of 1900, leaving him surviving a widow and one daughter. He also left a large number of persons or their representatives who could be called his heirs-at-law. The widow predeceased the daughter, who succeeded to her mother's interest under the Leaming will, and the daughter died without issue in June of 1937, first having executed a last will and testament.
