(“Countrywide” or “appellant”) timely filed this appeal from the bankruptcy court Memorandum Opinion dated May 1, 2009 (the “Liability Opinion”), the Memorandum Opinion dated July 31, 2009 (the “Remedy Opinion”), 1 and Entry of Judgment of July 31, 2009.
