— In a class action suit to recover damages for injury to personal property, allegedly caused by improper chemical treatment of the water supplied by defendant, plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Burke, J.), entered April 13,1982, upon an order of the same court, entered February 19, 1982, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint (plaintiff’s notice of appeal is deemed to be a premature notice of appeal from the judgment).
