US Airways (Employer) and Reliance National c/o Sedgwick Claims Manage*419ment Services, Employer’s workers’ compensation insurance carrier, petition for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that, although affirming the Workers’ Compensation Judge’s (WCJ) decision to dismiss Linda McConnell’s (Claimant) Claim Petitions for lack of prosecution, deleted the words “with prejudice” from the WCJ’s Order.
