In this eminent domain proceeding instituted in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, the petitioners seek to acquire certain real estate owned by the defendant, situated in the City of Beckley, in connection with a project to relocate and make a controlled-access facility (freeway) of a portion of State Route No. 16, known as the Beckley-Mabscott Road.
