1Per curiam

This case, was decided by the District Court in September, 1907, upon the authority of an earlier decision ot that court in the case of The St. Quentin, reporte in 162 Eed. 883. And we. agree with the District Court that the two cases are similar in principle. After careful consideration we are unable to differentiate between them in any material particular favorable to the libel-ant. Under both bills of lading we think that, in view of the exception of damage from heat, the burden rested upon the libelant to show that the carrier was negligent in stowing or ventilating the cargo or…
