On March 22, 1977, plaintiff Tedco Development Corp. (hereinafter referred to as Tedco) filed a petition against the defendants Overland Hills, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Overland Hills), and Harold R. Young, Jr. (hereinafter referred to as Young), seeking specific performance of a purchase agreement for the sale of an 180-acre tract of land situated in Sarpy County, Nebraska.
