Appellee, Lula M. Parker, filed her bill in the circuit court of Macon county at the October term, 1924, for the assignment of dower. The bill alleged she was married on October 21, 1913, to James H. Parker, who died May 8, 1924, leaving appellee, his widow, and James J. and Alice J. Parker, his children by" appellee, as his sole heirs-at-law. The bill alleges Parker made a will.
