These are three consolidated admiralty actions in which plaintiffs (1) Mobil Sales and Supply Corporation (“Mobil”), (2) Straw Products Limited and Ballapur Industries Limited (“Straw Products”), and (3) Dairy Equipment and Supply Co. (“Dairy Equipment”) 1 seek to recover damages from the vessel, the M.V.
