McFadden, Judge.

The mother of L. K. appeals from a juvenile court judgment finding that the child is deprived and placing her in the custody of the Department of Family and Children Services. Because there is not sufficient evidence to support the juvenile court’s finding of deprivation, we reverse.

When reviewing a juvenile court’s finding of deprivation, this Court views the evidence in the light most favorable to the juvenile court’s judgment to determine whether any rational trier of fact could have found by clear and convincing evidence that the child was deprived. This Court neither…
