Several questions are presented in this case, which we will dispose of in their order.
The first arises on the motion to consolidate the cases.
The proceeding in which this motion is made is an attachment for contempt, against the supervisors, for failing to obey a writ of mandamus issued by this court In fact, there were two writs issued at the instance of different relators, directed to the same board of supervisors.
