This appeal is from orders of the District Court overruling pleas of privilege by the defendant, Cotton Concentration Company, Inc., to be sued in Galveston County, the place of its domicile and residence. Suits were filed in the District Court of Dallas County by plaintiffs, A. Lassberg and Company, a Texas Corporation, with domicile in Travis County, Toyo Cotton Company and H.
