HARRIS, Judge.
Appellant, represented by court-appointed counsel at arraignment and trial, was convicted for the offense of possession of a pistol after having been convicted of a crime of violence. At arraignment he pleaded not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity. At the time sentence was imposed, the Court told appellant he had in mind a three-year sentence in the penitentiary but noted that he had been in jail six months awaiting trial and that he was due credit for this time.
